Admission Procedure

Admissions open for Session 2025–26. Follow the steps below to apply.

Overview

Goyenka Public School welcomes applications for Nursery through Grade XII. We select students on the basis of age criteria, availability of seats and formal application followed by verification of documents. (Source: uploaded procedure).

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the age requirement for the selected class — age verification is mandatory with birth certificate.
Admissions are subject to seat availability and successful verification of submitted documents.
For specific class-wise age cutoffs or seat status, contact the school office (details in sidebar).

Admission Steps

Obtain Application — Download or collect the admission form from the school office or website.

Fill & Submit — Complete the form, attach required documents and submit to the admissions counter or upload via the e-portal.

Document Verification — School administration will verify original documents (birth certificate, previous school records as applicable).

Admission Decision & Fee Payment — On approval, pay the admission fee to confirm the seat and collect receipts / welcome kit.

Documents Required

Birth certificate (original + copy)
Proof of residence (Aadhar / utility bill / parent’s ID)
Transfer certificate / previous school record (for transfers)
Passport-size photographs (2–4)
Any other documents specified by the school during admission

Fees & Payment

Fee structure varies by class. Admission fee is payable at the time of confirmation. Accepted payment modes: cash/cheque/online transfer. For exact fee schedule, please contact the school office (phone & WhatsApp in sidebar).

Important Notes

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission — it is subject to verification and seat availability.
Incomplete applications or missing documents will not be processed.
Keep photocopies of all documents; originals are required only at verification.
